1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or participating in any Mixler event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Organizer

3. Event Participation

• Events are open to adults 18+. Age verification required at entry.
• Participants must comply with venue rules and host instructions.
• Mixler events may involve physical activities; participants assume all inherent risks.

4. Alcohol

Some events include alcohol. Participants must not drive if intoxicated. Alternative transportation is available at the participant's expense. Mixler is not responsible for transportation arrangements or related incidents.

5. Payment & Refunds

• All reservations are non-refundable within 10 days of the event date.
• Reservations are fully transferable to another person in the same age group; notify Mixler in advance.
• No refunds for no-shows or voluntary cancellations.

6. Waivers

For events requiring it (e.g., axe throwing, certain active games), participants must sign a liability waiver on-site before participating. Failure to sign results in denial of entry with no refund.

7. Photo & Video Consent

By attending, you grant Mixler permission to photograph and/or video record you for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing). You waive any right to compensation or approval.

8. Personal Data

We collect name, email, phone, age range, and other information you provide. Data is used for event management, communication, and marketing (with opt-out). We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws.

9. Liability

Mixler is not liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, or any claims arising from event participation, except where caused by our gross negligence. Participants attend at their own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

11. Changes

Mixler may update these Terms. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
